One of Scarborough’s landmark features, instantly recognisable on the skyline, the Grand Hotel is an ideal property from which to enjoy beautiful sandy beaches, promenade walks and all that this famous seaside town has to offer. The 355 comfortably appointed en-suite guestrooms boast modern facilities including TV, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities. Some standard rooms are internal and may not have a window.
Boasting stunning views over the harbour and bay, the hotel’s Harbour Lights restaurant offers good fresh food, accompanied by friendly service. A three-course carvery is available on Sundays (including tea & coffee) and the restaurant is open to non-residents.
The Premier Restaurant seats only 60 guests and has a more intimate atmosphere. The restaurant offers a carvery with a wide selection of dishes and table service for wine and drinks.
The hotel’s Cabaret Ballroom, Palm Court Ballroom and Empress Suite offer regular entertainment. The Cabaret Ballroom is the hotel's primary entertainment venue with dancing, music and live shows. Live entertainment is on offer here 7 nights a week.
